Kevin Cram moved from Utah to Kauai in 1988 and has lived in the Kapaa area since then. He owned and operated Snuba Tours of Kauai, a shallow water diving operation, from that time until just before the pandemic in 2020 . He got his real estate license in 2021 and started doing property management shortly thereafter. He also fills his time substituting at Kapaa High School, coaching soccer and doing handyman work.

He recently celebrated a 40 year wedding anniversary and has six children and 12

grandchildren. He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in a couple other languages with a degree in Linguistics and Teaching English as a Second Language from Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah.



Joys in life are family, religion, soccer, and travel.
